Your diving system is like a buddy underwater who you need to be able to rely on at all times!

 

The use of a high quality and properly maintained diving system enhances the enjoyment of your dives and contributes to the safety of the sport.

 

Diving is more fun and more comfortable in your own equipment. You will learn how to fit, select, and adjust your personal dive equipment. Discover all the components of your specific dive system and learn how to perform basic maintenance, on-site adjustments and repairs. You will also learn how to care and store your dive equipment between dive trips and while travelling.

 

 

Course Format

Two Evenings Theory

 

The equipment techniques specialty course is a few hours of theory and practical sessions held over two weeknights. There is no in-water component as the practical component is completed in the classroom.

Requirements: SSI Open Water certification or equivalent.

 

Cancellation (or transfer of dates)

More than 7 days notice $50. Inside 7 days $100 since the opportunity to re-sell your place is lost. No refunds once course is underway.


Non-completion of dive medical or independent study by day 1 will mean cancellation of your booking and transfer to later date. This will incur late transfer charges of $100.
