DiveFit - 10 Week Fitness Programs

Snorkel Safari Brisbane's ongoing fitness program is based around freedive training. The program focuses on fitness, endurance, and flexibility.


It includes:

  • 20 minute stretching sessions,
  • 10 minute breathing/relaxation sessions,
  • fitness swimming,
  • breath hold training,
  • endurance training,
  • variable weight exercises,
  • maximum effort training,
  • technique & streamlining, and
  • rescue reviews.

 

All of our classes are run by qualified and experienced freediving instructors and video feedback is available at every session. There is also opportunity to try out a range of freediving gear including long bladed fins, carbon fibre fins, monofins, low volume freediving masks, freediving computers, and rubber weight belts.

 

What: Freediving Group Training Sessions.

Time: Wednesday nights from 5:45pm to 7pm.

Where: Sommerville Pool.

Cost: The investment in your health costs only $195 for a 10 week program.

 

Includes: 10 Week Training Program including pool sessions, training structure, advice, and assistance provided by our freediving instructors.

Not Included: All you need to bring is your freediving gear and your lungs.
